At STEFAN SERVAL, every piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipment. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
- show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- made-to-order or customized products
- personalized items
- final sale or discounted clearance items
- gift cards (if applicable)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before sending anything back.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be offered.

Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- a defective item
- a wrong item sent
- a manufacturing error
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned parcels without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will prioritize resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
